The glass walkway, which offers a view of the canyon in all directions, extends out 70 ft. (21 m) from the canyon wall and 4,000 ft. (1,219 m) above the canyon floor at Grand CanyonWest's Eagle Point on the Hualapai Indian Reservation.

Grand Canyon Skywalk (the world’s highest manmade structure -- by more than 2,300 feet!) is open to the public. The glass, 70-foot long, open-air Skywalk is suspended 4,000 feet above the canyon floor, providing visitors with a staggering 720-degree view.

Construction :

Anchor : The Skywalk is welded to reinforced concrete columns extending 40 ft.

Can hold 71 fully loaded 747 jets, but only 120 people will be allowed on at a time.
